We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with all your purchases and interactions with BBM.  As such we have a three prong approach to satisfaction:
  1. We want you to be happy and satisfied.
  2. We want you as a return customer and to hopefully rave about us.
  3. We want to be happy and to grow as an outlet for growing brands.

We are a small business that uses an on demand fulfillment method, meaning we produce every item as it's ordered.  We do not hold inventory.  We do this to keep our costs competitive and quality high.  If there is a problem we want to know! 

  • Full Refund or Replacement / Free Return Shipping:
    • Product is defective
    • We sent the wrong item from what was ordered
    • Quality is noticeably not acceptable
  • Full Refund or Replacement / You Pay Shipping
    • Ordered incorrect size
    • Decide you don't like or want and the product is as described

 

Refunds:

  • If the product is defective, we sent the incorrect product or quality is noticeably not acceptable.
    • We will refund 100% of the price of the product and we will pay for return shipping.
    • Or we will replace the item with an identical item or an item of equal value.
  • If you ordered an incorrect size or you decide you don't want or like the product.
    • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return and/or replacement.

 

How to Return an Item:

  • Do Not Return an Item Without First Contacting BBMWe will NOT accept any returns without prior authorization!
  • To start the process send an email to, Support@BBMCrew.com with the following information:
    • Order #
    • Name
    • Address
    • Item number or description of item to be returned
    • Reason for the return
    • *Not Required but very helpful - picture/s of the defective item.
    • *Not Required but helpful - a contact phone number may speed up the RMA process should we need to contact you.
  • If you feel more comfortable, you may call us at (888) 729-2599.  You may need to leave a message but rest assured we will get back with you as soon as possible.

 

Special Notes:

  • We are not responsible for a wrong address being given at time of the order or packages that are either lost or stolen during the delivery process. No Exceptions.
  • Refunds are issued on the last calendar day of the month the return is received.
